ACSIS conducted second phase of the Value-driven Healthcare Systems training for department heads and vice heads from St. Paul Millennium Medical College from April 18th to 19th. This phase of the training focused on defining problems, process mapping and cleaning, identifying process wastes, and measurement for improvement.
